Hanka Horká, a Czech singer of a folk group died of Covid, this Sunday January 16.
She was antivax and she had voluntarily contracted the Covid to obtain the health pass without being vaccinated.
Her son Jan Rek and her husband, who had been vaccinated, tested positive at Christmas.

She had therefore exposed herself to the virus in order to obtain her health pass which allows access to restaurants and other cultural places in the Czech Republic.
Two days before her death, she had posted on her Facebook account her joy at having been infected and thought she was out of the woods: “I survived…it was colorful. So now there’s gonna be theatre, sauna, concert, sauna… and a trip to the sea“.

The day after the death of the singer, this Monday, January 17, her son gave an interview to the radio theca iRozhlas to launch an appeal to the non-vaccinated.
He explained: “She decided to live normally with us and preferred to catch the disease rather than get vaccinated“.
Before specifying: “I know exactly who formed his opinion”, implying the antivax conspirators.
“I’m sad that she believed strangers more than her own family. It wasn’t just complete misinformation.”
