Jean-Yves Le Drian and Florence Parly inaugurate the first informal councils of the French presidency of the EU with a subject which, by definition, interests France: the famous “strategic compass”, supposed to be the first White Paper on European defense , which is to be adopted at the European Council at the end of March.
Is the expression “free white” exaggerated?
