Game News Xbox & Bethesda Showcase: The new game from the creators of We Happy Few announced at the conference?
The summer conference period kicked off on Thursday evening with Sony’s State of Play, but it’s really this week that things pick up speed, culminating (for now) in Summer Game Fest and the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase conference.
Last night, Geoff Keighley tried to calm the ardor players indicating that its Summer Game Fest certainly had great announcements in store, but that we will have mostly new information on titles already announceds, like The Callisto Protocol or Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Xbox: A now huge entity with many projects
For its part, Microsoft must strike hard, and seems to have the intention, carried by Xbox Series and Game Pass. In a few years, the Xbox division has grown enormously, buying studios with a vengeance before afford Zenimax and therefore Bethesda. If all goes well for the Redmond firm, Activision-Blizzard-King will become an Xbox entity next year, adding many cult licenses to the catalog.
But even without Activision-Blizzard, Xbox has many projects in the works. We also wonder what studios such as Double Fine, Alpha Dog Games, Roundhouse Studios or Compulsion Games.
Compulsion Games: A new site for a new game?
