Chris Hemsworth will be joined by Anya Taylor-Joy, whose performance in The Queen’s Game made a big impression, and will play the young version of Furiosa. The character was previously played by Charlize Theron in 2015. The young actress confided, in an interview with Variety, to be enthusiastic about the idea of playing the character of Furiosa, in particular because George Miller is in charge of the realization. The role of our favorite Norse god has also been revealed! He is the main antagonist, Doctor Domentus, but his motives still remain unknown. The film being expected for 2024, we should have new information in the coming months. The project has just started in Australia, in New South Wales, the main filming location.
