Netflix is not about to let go of Castlevania
To end this week full of announcements in style, Netflix thought it was fashionable to only talk about video games. But beware, there is a subtlety because if the American giant has the firm intention of developing its catalog of games, it will also be able to expand it thanks to adaptations of the universes that we know well. And the franchise Castlevania is clearly part of it since the adventures of the Belmont family seem far from over: already last year, we had heard of a spin-off!
Those who loved the four seasons of the series Castlevania on Netflix will welcome the news with great enthusiasm: the universe of the famous Konami license will continue to expand through a new animated format which bears the name of Castlevania: Nocturne. Over the seasons, the Netflix anime had steadily improved in quality, which only bodes well for this new project!
A new member of the Belmont family in the spotlight
Difficult to pass after what could be considered one of the best adaptations of video game licenses, but Castlevania: Nocturne Seems being ready to assume this heritage and the atmosphere that emanates from it, both dark and tortured, is already having its small effect, even though the extract broadcast by Netflix only lasts a few seconds. What is the program for Summer Game Fest 2022?
