Finding Isobel Veloise
As you know, to find these companions in The Elder Scrolls Online and have them join our ranks, you have to complete a quest. Let’s start by seeing where the one for Isobel Veloise is. To find it, you will have to go to the level of Castel Caraque in the southwestern part of the map.
