Shadowrun Trilogy

As its name suggests, Shadowrun Trilogy brings together three titles from the Shadowrun tabletop role-playing game universe, namely Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Dragonfall and Shadowrun: Hong Kong. While each of these experiences tells a different story, they are all tactical role-playing games set in a dystopian cyberpunk future in which magic has made a comeback, to the point of awakening mythical creatures. Compared to the original RPG created thirty years ago, the rules have been modernized to more easily meet the standards of our time.

Wreckfest

Wreckfest is a racing game in which destruction takes center stage. Trying to reproduce a realistic physics simulation, the title offers fierce races on high-speed circuits where hindering your opponents is your best weapon to win since there are no rules. To stand out from the others, you have the opportunity to customize your car, both its appearance and its armor. Of course, the game offers multiplayer to play online, as well as a challenge mode to drive surprising vehicles such as buses, combine harvesters or mowers. Finally, to extend your sessions, a career mode is also in the game to make championships, gain experience and unlock new improvements with the aim of becoming a Wreckfest champion.

ElecHead

Presented during the last Indie World, ElecHead is a mix between a platform and puzzle game in which we embody Elec, a small robot whose mission is to bring light back into the world. While darkness reigns, our hero hidden deep in a factory is able to electrify everything he touches, from walls and floors, to platforms and switches. To reach distant places, he can detach his head and throw it but not for more than ten seconds, otherwise he dies. Thanks to all these abilities, his goal will then be to get out of this factory after going through different rooms filled with puzzles.

Sonic Origins

Sonic Origins is intended to be the ultimate compilation of the first 2D games of SEGA’s famous blue hedgehog. Thus, we find: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles and Sonic CD. Of course, this collection allows you to rediscover these titles in HD graphics, but also includes new areas to explore, exclusive animations and an anniversary mode that offers unlimited lives and a reworked full screen resolution. Additionally, each game gets a new intro and ending animation. To unlock new content, challenges and special levels in the museum, you must first complete missions to collect coins.

The great thing about Capcom Fighting Collection is that its title couldn’t be clearer. Without too many surprises, it is therefore a compilation of ten fighting games from Capcom. In addition to finding the five Darkstalkers games released in arcades, you can get your hands on Hyper Street Fighter II, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo among others. Of course, you’ll be able to play all of these titles online with other players, even with a global ranking system. For novices, a training mode is available, as well as an option for special moves to be triggered using a button. Finally, a museum is also present to consult many documents, sketches and listen to music related to the games of the compilation.

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes

Placing its action in the universe of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is what is called a Musô, a sub-genre of beat’em up in which you face hordes of soldiers on the field of battle that can easily be overcome with impressive sequences of blows. Without knowing it, you may have already played a game like this if you tried Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, which is part of the same title family since it is also developed by Omega Force. In addition to offering large-scale fights, the title takes up mechanics that made the success of the original game, namely maintaining relationships with your comrades so that they are even more effective on the ground. Thus, fans of Three Houses will be delighted to find his characters, but also surprised to have to face an enemy called the Ashen Demon who looks like two drops of water to Byleth, the protagonist that we play in the original game.
