Game news Cuphead The Delicious Last Course: New images shared at Summer Game Fest 2022!
Many players are waiting for it: Cuphead should finally welcome its first DLC, entitled The Delicious Last Course, at the end of the month. The MDHR teams took advantage of the Summer Game Fest to unveil new images, a few days before the release of this additional content.
A last one for the road
We had to be patient, very patient even, before finally seeing the release of the first additional content of Cuphead. First announced in 2018, The Delicious Last Course was pushed back several times before finding its final release date for June 30, 2022. A long wait therefore, which will be rewarded with a lot of new things if we are to believe the revelations made by the MDHR teams, as well as the few images shared by the studio.
The Delicious Last Course will therefore introduce a new character alongside the brothers Cuphead and Mugman, namely the irresistible Ms Chalice. In addition, players will have the right to a new island to explore, with many secrets to unearth, but also, of course, Bosses even more formidable than before. Because that’s what makes Cuphead so successful: Under its childish artistic direction, a tribute to the cartoons of the 50s, there is actually a demanding game that requires a permanent address before managing to eliminate the many Bosses scattered in the heart of the map.
New images before the official release
The Summer game Fest was an opportunity for the MDHR teams to unveil new images of their work to make us digest this long wait before finally being able to taste all this new additional content. These few images therefore offer the opportunity to see Ms. Chalice in action, in full confrontation with a duo of Bosses, half snowman half snowflake.

What is Summer Game Fest?
No E3 this year, but we can still count on another world-class event: the Summer Game Fest, a big show dedicated to announcements of video games to come this year or the following years. It was in 2020 that journalist and host Geoff Keighley launched this now unmissable festival for the first time. Last year, the show featured stunning images from Elden Ring; so inevitably, the third iteration raises high expectations.
When does Summer Game Fest 2022 start?
The Summer Game Fest is this Thursday, June 9 at 8 p.m. The show will once again be followed by a Day of the Devs session devoted to the independent scene.

What is the program for Summer Game Fest 2022?
Among the games not to miss, there is in particular the heir to Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol, which shows us its first gameplay images. For its part Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 presents us with its first level. Geoff Keighley further announced: “We have a few new game announcements for this show and hopefully a few surprises if all goes well. But it’s definitely a show that mostly focuses on things that are foretold.”
