Game news Grid Legends: Codemasters talks about multiplayer and story mode
Grid Legends, the next installment in Codemasters’ racing series, is talking about it again. Through a press release, the studio mentions a deeper career mode and a story mode that puts us in the heart of a competition where rivalry is in full swing.
During 2019, Codemasters was prolific as the studio offered three different racing games. Dirt Rally 2.0 first of all, which has had good critical success. The annual iteration of the F1 saga then, with the arrival of the very good F1 2019. Then Grid, which was voted best racing game during Gamescom that year. Grid Legends will thus arrive three years after its predecessor. The game includes a story mode called “Driven to Glory”, which notably features Ncuti Gatwa, the actor who distinguished himself in Sex Education, the series broadcast on Netflix.

The press release also highlights the multiplayer features of Grid Legends. Initially announced at E3 2021, we already know that Grid Legends has more than 100 varied vehicles which can all race against each other in the same event, regardless of their characteristics : “Electric Boost”, the return of the “Drift” and “Elimination” events, the proposed program thus concerns all vehicles.
