Sète: more than €14,000 raised for Ukrainian orphans

An artistic raffle was organized from April 28 to March 14. The results are now known.

The big raffle to win works of art, organized for the benefit of Ukrainian orphans, has just come to an end. All the volunteers of the Calamartothèque make it known that it brought in more than €14,000!

Exactly, a sum of €14,015 (or 65,800 zlotys!) will be donated to the Happy Kids Foundation, which works to evacuate orphans from Ukraine. The organizers therefore thank all the participants, as well as the Lions Club of Sète and the volleyball club of Arago “for their donations which made the kitty jump”.

Batches not withdrawn

Some prizes (among the 97 works donated by 85 artists) were not claimed. Winning tickets N°0386 a photo by Eric Morère, N°0563 a painting by Frédéric Périmon, N°1800 a painting by Clarke-Skinner Mary, N°1874 a watercolor by Véronique Fis can contact the Calamartothèque, until 15 June, either by telephone at the school of fine arts (04 99 04 76 10) or by email (calamartotheque@gmail.com).

A new draw will be organized on June 20 if these works have not been claimed.
