That’s it, after months of waiting, the migration from Warzone to Vanguard is now effective! Among the novelties, we obviously find the most important of all, the new game card called Caldera that we offer you here to discover in more detail.

That’s it, we finally say goodbye to Verdansk after good and loyal service and we are heading towards the Pacific and more precisely on the island of Caldera where the action of Call of Duty: Warzone will now be. This new card, we invite you to discover it in the image below and more precisely in the rest of the article.
A: Arsenal
This first zone, which is located by the sea, is made up of quite a few storage sheds which follow one another as well as a few buildings. but what is nice, cis the possibility of fighting in ponds and dry docks, as well as the possibility of reaching a few heights like cranes.
B: Docks
As the name suggests, we are dealing here with docks and you will be able to fight in a real labyrinth between the different containers that are present in the area. However, in these docks, there are also large cranes and a large boathouse.
C: Runway
As will be seen later, there is a main airport on the island. However, this is not the only place where you can take off and land. Indeed, Runway has a small dirt runway as well as several aircraft hangars on the edge of the jungle.
D: Ruins
Again, the name pretty much tells us what to expect in this area where we will find remains of buildings dating from the 12th century. Obviously, in this area, nature and the jungle have started to take back their rights.
E: Mines
Here we will focus on one of the largest areas of Cladera located in the center, the mining complex of the island. Indeed, here, we will find a lot of small steep roads and especially a lot of verticality. In this huge area, you will also have the opportunity to visit the main factory in the area.
F: Peak
One of the big novelties of this Caldera map is the addition of many natural heights including the volcano which is located to the east of the mines we have just spoken of. At the top of this volcano, there is an Axis military center still under construction.
G: Beachhead
The Axis surely expected a sea attack from the Allies, so they decided to militarize one of the beaches in Cladera. On the spot, there are trenches, bunkers and batteries all along this beach.
H: Village
Caldera is obviously not only a theater of war, it is also an island where there were inhabitants. These Inhabitants lived among others in this small village which is in the western part of the map. One can find there basic houses as well as rice terraces.
I: Lagoon
A little further south of the village, we find the lagoon with steep cliffs and the presence of a lighthouse to guide boats at sea. There are also a few small houses nearby as well as the remains of Captain Butcher’s plane.
J: Airfield
As you said, Caldera has a main airport and we are quite a distance from the scenic Runway. Indeed, here, we have an airport worthy of the name with a large entrance hall, a tarmac and a whole bunch of small buildings around.
K: Fields
You were told that the mine was one of the largest areas in Caldera, well the largest is Fields which is south of the volcano. Indeed, here we find a whole bunch of fields and sheds at the foot of the volcano. We will also find stables, a military camp or even a lumberjack’s cape.
L: Sub Pen
Located in the southeastern part of Cladera, Sub Pens is the island’s major military installation! Indeed, there is a whole bunch of buildings there that were submarine shelters and it seems, moreover, that there is still one that has not gone away.
M: Power Plant
Who says an island with a lot of buildings including a military complex, necessarily says a need for electricity. This is filled by Power Plant which is a power plant with many buildings, all in the middle of a lush jungle.
N: Capital
As you have been told, before being a war zone, Cladera is above all an island with inhabitants and it does not only have a small village. Here, we are right in the capital with a lot of solid buildings and several interesting points. Among these, there is the fire station, the royal theater or even the Capitol.
O: Resort
Caldera is a magical place and before the war broke out, the government wanted to make it a tourist spot hence the Resort’s presence in the south-eastern part of the map. On the spot, you will thus discover a superb abandoned hotel complex.
