A new sports game from EA Sports will join Xbox Game Pass via EA Play, it’s FIFA 22, from June 23rd.
After games like Madden NFL 22 and F1 2021, the most important game in EA’s sports franchise series joined the Game Pass: FIFA 22 will join EA’s subscriptionand therefore in some Game Pass offersstarting June 23.

Since the June 23, FIFA 22 will join the EA Play offer. As a reminder, the subscription EA Play is included in PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but not in the base Xbox Game Pass. EA Play is also available on PC independently and on PlayStation. Subscribers to the Electronic Arts offer will thus be able to play FIFA 22 from next week at no additional cost.
One of the last FIFA licensed games
It is therefore one of the most popular games of the year which joins the EA Play subscription, just a few months before the release of FIFA 23. FIFA 23 will be the last installment of the franchise under this name. Indeed, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association and Electronic Arts broke their partnership, leading to the creation of a new franchise named EA Sports FC.
FIFA 22 joins EA Play, and therefore Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, from June 23.
